@therobertbrooks I lodged a complaint with HMRC because they took 2 years on a case. They had 6 weeks to respond, I called them after 8 weeks and they told me to fill in a complaint for about my original complaint not being answered. Can you believe that?

@therobertbrooks Brother you are preaching to the choir. I’ve been an accountant for 35 years and the idiots who work at the HMRC who start off so dogmatic but when I start getting into with them ( they usually have 6 months training and very rarely answer phone and usually a Muslim name)fail.
