Nah,use a port onback of the studio display for audio dongle. The other benefit of the dongle is it removes the headphones icon from the menu bar. Always hated that ;-)

A web app works as well, but the problem is the experience. Web app won’t load new tweets without scrolling to the top, whereas the iPad app you can load new tweets and stay where you are in the timeline.
