@nutrition_facts This video is very educational! Many people who do eat meat don’t see the benefits or don’t know what they are suppose to eat but this video can help them see something positive of having mostly a plant based diet! @beh353#beh353
The longest living populations in the world not only have social support and engagement, and daily exercise, but nutritionally they all center their diets around plant foods, reserving meat mostly for special occasions: https://t.co/U58Tc0acwZ
@OliviaClaf@beh353 Hi Olivia! I think that’s a great to show someone that skincare isn’t just about a good routine but it’s also what you put into your body! For example eating 🍎 can provide antioxidants which can help with skin! @beh353#beh353
As a future healthcare professional I will incorporate nutrition by realizing that not one dietary plan works for everyone and I will help fit nutrition into there life as conveniently as possible! @beh353#beh353
@BrieRoulier@EmmaDArpinoRD@beh353 Hi Brie! This is something new I also learned! I’ve never really mixed junk food while I was trying to eat healthy. Junk foods always just been something I eat while I’m studying or doing homework! @beh353#beh353
@nutrition_facts I found this video very interesting! In the video it mentions how not eating meat leads to more endurance and to be honest I thought it be the opposite! @beh353#beh353
@EmmaDArpinoRD I loved your lecture this week! I never thought of thinking about frozen produce being another way that food is processed! I’ve always been told frozen isn’t good for you, eat it while it’s fresh! I’m glad I got to learn something new today! @beh353#beh353
@OliviaClaf@beh353 Hi Olivia! This article seems very helpful but the only thing that may be a problem is children may not like eating too many veggies! This article was also a good read because it mentions physical activity as well! @beh353#beh353
@nutrition_facts I find this very interesting! My grandfather has cancer and when I take him to his nutritionist she mentions eating healthier but I have never heard what the article mentions! @beh353#beh353
This is a good source bc this website is regulated by the gov meaning all the facts are double checked! This article has lots of information like eating healthy, physical activity and more for older adults! @beh353#beh353 https://t.co/DfvrtrPwT0
@nutrition_facts I believe that if patients were give them the proper attention from the beginning about what they are going through then maybe surgery would be a final option many patients might consider. @beh353#beh353
@jeenal_patel9@beh353 I absolutely agree with what Samantha Bee said! To get a proper diagnosis there must be a reason to results the doctor came up with and it’s always important to ask how they got to that conclusion. Asking questions may slow down doctors to jumping to conclusions @beh353#beh353
After watching the 🎥 something that Samantha bee said stood out to me. As future 🥼we should talk to all patients with empathy and focus on self acceptance! Instead of seeing what’s infront of you it be more useful to talk to the patient and ask questions! @beh353#beh353
@tuantyDuong @beh353 You make a great point! Eating with family can also slow down your intake! Eating slower can help you be more mindful of what you eat!
I didn’t know that children who eat with families at home are more likely to have a healthy body weight. Personally this makes me mindful in the future of how important eating with family can be. Family meals is important for communication and family dynamic @beh353#beh353
A fact that stuck with me this week was that chronic sleep restriction (<7 hours) can affect your hormones involved in energy balance, predicting weight gain over a period of a few weeks. Personally, I need to sleep more and this influenced my sleep schedule fix. @beh353#beh353
