After a 1 year hiatus we will be bringing the Nebraska Track & Field Festival back! New format. New location. A little rebranding (thanks @rdqlus)! More info to follow but mark the evening of April 26th down for Friday Night Lights Track and Field style! @PrepRunningNerd@stuOWH
Help, we need a Java Nerd! Since 2022 we’ve used an IMPORT formula on our Google Sheets leaderboard to pull from Athletic. net, and then Nerd the Third manually adds marks that aren’t posted online to create a list of the top 15 marks in each Class. It's the most visited feature on our website.
However, athletic. net recently switched their website to run on JavaScript, which prevents our formulas from doing their job. If you're a Java Nerd willing to help, or know someone who is, please DM us. We'll pay you the same hourly rate we pay ourselves...
Five days after running a 2:09.28 indoor 800 at New Balance Ntls, faster than her Class A State record of 2:10.16, Stella Miner runs a 4:51.47 indoor 1600 at CSM. The State record of 4:49.2 by Elizabeth Lange (2003) appears to be within reach.
Fresh off of her All American performance in the 800 at New Balance Nationals, Stella Miner of @TrackWestside drops a 4:51 1600 on an indoor track.
Buckle your seatbelts, folks. The distance girls are going to make some noise this spring.
We would love to see these ladies at The Nebraska Track and Field Festival at the end of April! Impressive times ladies to open up!! Good luck the rest of the way.
At Concordia, the distance ladies forgot they were supposed to be out of shape in mid-March. Reece Ewoldt @xc_country and Kassidy Stuckey @YorkDukeTandF both run 5:12, Lilly Kenning @milfordnetrack 5:16.
Seeing all the posts about teams and athletes competing today is getting us excited! Can't wait to see what all these teams and athletes do to open the season! And can't wait to see a lot of them on April 26th for the Nebraska Track and Field Festival!
First invites went out last weekend for the Nebraska TrackFest and athletes are putting it on their calendars! We aren't done though! More invites will come out for this Friday Night Lights event in the coming weeks. Check out some of these possible matchups! @PrepRunningNerd
Initial invites are out! We have invited the top 6 returning athletes in the state across several events and classes to face off at Phelps Field on April 26th under the lights! More invites will come to fill the field, but it starts here. Hope to see you there! #elite#NTFF

Jaida Rowe is in Class A. Adrianna Rodencal is in Class C. Yet, the two continue to go back-and-forth in the hurdles, and TrackFest this afternoon resulted in a "fair trade" between the city talents.
