We have been following up with Kent Customer care since last week for reinstallation in our new house. They are not bothered to come. They do not know the service ethics. All they can do is sell.

I recharged my BSNL prepaid number through Paytm UPI. Amount got debited in my account and transaction status is successful. Phone is not recharged and even incoming services got barred. Paytm doesn't have direct customer care number for recharge alone. Very Bad service.
