@bt_uk Really poor service. Was on the phone for 45mins speaking with your agent about poor broadband speed. He even called me back on my mobile when call quality was bad. After 45mins when requested that a extended line speed test was done got cut off and he did not call back

@DHLParcelUK terrible service promised delivery last two days. Tracking system does show updates and cant get through to customer service just get cut off. You should follow example of DPD who provide a far superior service
