@talktoBOI Clearly an App built by desktop developers. Approvals only appear BEFORE the App is opened. And if it is already open, you have to wait until it closes itself for the approval to appear. Meanwhile purchase has timed out on retailer site & this 👇🏻appears on BOI App 😓 #crApp

Just no. This blatant disregard for customers is not ok. Either by @FreeNow_IE or by this driver. He took his time getting to me, there was no trip, he left me stranded trying to get to work, and @FreeNow_IE don’t bother to respond.

@FreeNow_IE driver just left, without any notification. Went out when he arrived, went in to get my coat and bag and locked up, walked out and he’s gone. What’s the point of this service if drivers can just do that??? 😞
