Platano mailsever was restored and back online last night around 11pm GMT. Mail services have been running as usual since. Again, thank you to our customers for the patience and understanding shown. We appreciate it!

[Netuxo Ltd @netuxoltd]

Catastrophic hardware failure on two disks has resulted in the Platano mailserver remaining offline whilst new disks are inserted and backups are restored. This will take some time - several hours. Thank you for your patience, service will be restored asap.

[Netuxo Ltd @netuxoltd]

Platano mailserver is currently down. We are in contact with the datacentre. More news to follow as we have it. Apologies to our clients for the downtime.

@fbplatform - why should devs require a personal Facebook account to carry out their work? We will never oblige our staff to do this. Devs need dev accounts!

Too many white cisgender men at @open_coop . Few women, no trans or gender non conforming speakers. We won't create a new society nor technology reproducing heteropatriarcal patterns. #opencoop #patriarchy #binaryintech

Webmail access is hosted on Grape, while websites are hosted on Nispola and Guayaba. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

[Netuxo Ltd @netuxoltd]

Apologies, but there are presently connectivity problems in the server centre hosting our servers (https://t.co/r6vOKH0j6Q). They are on the case, but in the meantime some of our hosting servers are unreachable. Apologies...
