@consultancy_you@virginmedia The most stressful thing about working from home from me is not knowing if I can rely on @virginmedia and being told I must be wrong because they canโt see a problem at their end. So sorry you are experiencing this also ๐
Over 7 site visits and reboot 3,566 of @virginmedia hub because the best advice they can give for their service is to reboot every day! If I am not online you know why :(
@virginmedia I speak to a member of your team weekly! Engineers have been out, tell me it is fixed and the problem continues. When I wrote to Virgin Media to request a resolution I received a letter back with โresolution = Client Educationโโ i was advised how to switch hub on/off!
@virginmedia I still have "patchy" wifi despite and engineer coming out, confirming that there was a problem with the line outside and advising an engineer would attend to fix it. This has been continuous for well over a year
@virginmedia please take responsibility for a poor service. WiFi has been patchy for weeks! Telling me that you aren't experiencing problems (when you clearly are), inferring I am the one who does not know what they are doing is called 'gaslighting'. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, OWN IT
