@webafrica @vumatedo you employ exactly 2 customer service reps? Do you pay them anything at all? Chatting up fucking robots for 4 hours 2 days in a row. Do I pay r500 a month for no internet access and the opportunity to speak to a robot on the data I pay for Seperately? Cunts.
@webafrica Not on Facebook or Instagram why should clients have to contact you on yet another platform? Query is simple, you sent notice on Friday, account payment failed, contacted you and you said it has been paid. Customer portal today still says payment is outstanding. @Rb__sa
An example of why @webafrica has lost a customer that has been with them for at least 10 years. Absolutely horrendous waste of time dealing with them when there is a query.
Hey @webafrica how about asking customers if it’s okay to move debit orders instead of simply enforcing it. Your customer service has always been atrocious!
