@CMDBSNL2 complaint given on May 29 for number 08039738664 and also escalated online and I still have no response but the bill is presented promptly . As a doctor I have to manage with this kind of behaviour from India’s most prestigious telecom service . I can only shudder

@_sameernigam I am glad you are able to donate crores but it’s been a month and an online bill I have paid hasn’t reached the merchant and the phone pay support can’t find it and say they have no control on the money once sent . Is this how the crores are being made and donated
In the time you have taken to reply I had to pay penalty and repay the amount not knowing that the money never reached the merchant which happens to be BSNL

@CMDBSNL It is very sad to see the dismal service of Bsnl in this city while you are tom toming it’s Archievements . I have to write to the CMD for my frustrations - is this what this country has come to . It’s very sad @CMDBSNL2 .1 year of payments and probably 1 week of working phone 😱
