@MISSNTEACHING Try not to get caught up in what everyone else is doing, the jobs hard enough. People join the profession for different reasons and have different ambitions. Hold on to why you got into it and it will serve you well.
@MISSNTEACHING Enjoy your summer as much as possible. Once September hits so do the long days for 7/8 weeks! When you return in September try and observe more experienced staff members, act as a magpie and steal strategies that will fit your teaching style. Itโs a great job but also intense.

Acted as an advocate for a family friend today in an annual review. Senco didnโt even turn up, sent a HLTA and TA to lead meeting. Student being failed by school, reduced tt because school unwilling to fully support. 1/2
