I'm thinking about quitting the social media sites.
It feels like Jr High dances where I go bc everyone is going, I expect to have a good time, make friends, have some laughs, but instead I'm sitting around while everyone ELSE is having a good time wondering WTF is wrong with me.

Maybe that's user behavior, maybe that's the algorithm(s) but either way I'm just realizing that shouting into the void is not good for my particular menty-h because I DO expect some feedback and bonding, and I DO feel personally deficient when I don't get it.
