We ALL saw it. We ALL heard their menacing threats against Israelis. Now a District Court judge rules the recording “inadmissible” because it was captured “illegally”?

Ahmed Rashad Nadir and Sarah Abu Lebdeh allegedly threatened Israeli patients while working at Bankstown Hospital and the video that exposed it gets tossed? Judge Michael McHugh even called their words “highly disturbing to right minded people” but still booted the key evidence.

Why are these nurses being protected?

This reeks of two tier justice.

The prosecution case is collapsing. Trial in August.

Will it even happen now?

Australia deserves better than this.
