Theory:
WU wants to buy MGI to use ODL. What does Ripple do? They shut ODL down. Proving to WU that Ripples agreement w/ MGI is under RIPPLES CONTROL not MGI.

You see WU can’t just buy MGI and “get” ODL.

This move by #Ripple showed WU they must play by Ripples rules!
