Not feeling it? Do 1 set. Once you get started you'll start to crave the work outs.
Start with one thing at a time. Many people start with an increase goal for daily steps. Once you feel comfortable with your new daily target, look at other ways you can get healthy: calories/day, work outs, etc..

How many steps do you take in a day?
Take that number, set a goal to make a minor increase for the next week, then reassess. See if you can gradually increase to 10,000 steps daily. The difference this makes over a year is transformational.
