Took @Dell_IN 6+ weeks for a quote. When it arrived: ❌ Battery quoted at ₹4,069 (Dell site lists it for ₹3,199) ❌ Quoted ₹5,587 palmrest instead of keyboard ❌ Demanding ₹1,950 visit fee when a tech is ALREADY coming for warranty GPU repair!
