Towards the end of 2022, I sold the business of @newaperio. I spent 12 years building the company, and I’m stepping away feeling so grateful for the experience and so proud of what I achieved.

Last year we @newaperio hired 2 juniors devs (no prior experience). We did an internal 2-week bootcamp & then deployed them on client work. Successful experiment. ~1 year later they're on track for advancement & important contributors. Elixir is a great language to teach & learn!
