The audacity of VFS Global is unbelievable. After pushing customers to pay extra for “Premium Services,” they fail to deliver even the most basic benefits.

I paid for the premium service for my Germany visa appointment, only to be told to sit with the regular applicants and wait for 6 hours. So what exactly did I pay for?

This feels like nothing more than charging customers for a service that isn’t actually provided. If you’re taking money for a premium experience, deliver it, or stop misleading people.

It’s high time the concerned authorities investigated VFS Global’s premium service practices. If customers are being charged for benefits they never receive, strict action must be taken. No company should be allowed to profit by misleading applicants seeking essential visa services.
