I was told it was “perfectly normal” & they’d confirm in writing they’d cover any future issues

18 months later, Jan2025, Louise Bassett, CEO of @gentoogroup, threw that agreement back in my face. Allan Burgin, the @GentooHomes Contracts Manager for Cottier Grange, told me: “I’ll deny agreeing to anything if it went to court.” This is what I’m up against. #CottierGrange

In 2022 @GentooHomes officially lost their 5*Star @HomeBuildersFed rating. They had to take down their "5* Excellence as standard" on websites & signs. However, on Cottier Grange they are still misrepresenting their 5* to potencial buyers! #gentoohomes #cottiergrange @NHBC

Not just my house, but the whole street! Now they are slowly collapsing. How do these houses get signed off?
