Back @newcentralps for the morning to help out Principal Rice. It’s so nice when these wonderful students recognize me from being here last year. Four weeks into the school year, and so much going on already. @HaltonDSB
Happy #WorldTeachersDay to the dedicated educators shaping our children's future.
Your impact goes beyond the classroom and your contributions help to carry our province forward.

Our @newcentralps bottle cap mural is now mounted in its new home beside our learning garden! Eco art club used over 2000 plastic caps to complete this masterpiece! @HaltonDSB
Congratulations to Ms. Monty @thinkBIGkids and the Eco Art Club for winning second place in the Green Energy contest! They used old bottles caps to create a mural. Not only have they kept plastic out of landfills - they have created a space for birds and insects in our garden!
Congratulations to Ms. Monty @thinkBIGkids grade 6 classroom for winning second place in the Green Energy contest! They retrofitted a stationary bike to use the kinetic energy of pedalling to create electricity to power a lightbulb. What great innovation!
We did it! Our Eco Art Club project is finished. It will be hung beside our learning garden providing little spots for bees and birds to drink water! @GreenLearning@HaltonDSB@newcentralps
It’s another exciting day @newcentralps with our Super Scientist judging to take place soon. Students created environmentally sustainable homes for planet Ricetron (named after Principal Rice). Looking forward to parents and caregiver coming from 3-4 pm as well. @HaltonDSB
