Biz Hz Ali'nin "Bir zulme engel olamıyorsanız onu duyurun" tavsiyesi üzerine tüm zulümleri konuşuyoruz ve medyada paylaşıyoruz. İftiralara da ancak buradan cevap verip kendimizi buralarda ifade edebiliyoruz.

Bunu çok iyi bildikleri için o kadar uğraştıkları (!) iftiralarının cevabını veremeyelim ve zulümlerin duyuramayalım diye operasyon olduğundan beri birçok platformdaki yüzlerce hesabımız kısıtlandı. Yeni hesaplar açıyoruz onlar da kısıtlanıyor. Videolarımızın izlenme sayısı alenen düşürülüyor.

Babacığımı 12 Eylül darbesinde Askerlerin alıp götürmeleri canlandı gözümde pantolon giymesine dahi izin verilmemiş pijamayla götürmüşlerdi.

A Teacher, Not a Terrorist

The photograph circulating through Turkish media shows a woman who appears entirely ordinary because she is. Fatma Aşık, a 45-year-old sewing and embroidery teacher, was arrested yesterday in Edirne and paraded before the press as if she had committed a grave and dangerous crime a jarring reflection of Turkey's post-coup landscape, where the presumption of innocence has been replaced by the spectacle of suspicion, and where educators are too often cast as conspirators without ever seeing a shred of evidence.

She was appointed to the Nevşehir Public Education Center in July 2016, a moment that should have marked the beginning of a fulfilling career dedicated to teaching others the craft she loved. But on September 1, 2016, under Decree Law No. 672, she was dismissed by emergency decree without ever teaching a single day. A bureaucratic stroke erased her career before it could even begin.

A warrant for her arrest was issued on October 5, 2016. For the next ten years, she lived in hiding, separated from her family, her friends, and the life she had built. She existed as a shadow of her former self a woman stripped of her profession, her passport, and her future.

Yesterday, she was captured while attempting to cross into Greece at Edirne. For someone who had spent a decade in the shadows, this was not an act of guilt but an act of desperation.

According to pro-government media outlets, she is accused of being the so-called "Nevşehir Courthouse women's provincial imam" for the FETÖ organization. Yet no conviction has been handed down, and the actual substance of the charges remains frustratingly vague.

This case is not isolated. It is part of a much darker reality that unfolded in Turkey following the failed coup attempt in July 2016, when the government declared a state of emergency and issued a series of decrees that led to the dismissal of over 130,000 public servants, including thousands of teachers, academics, and civil servants. Many were arrested based on nothing more than vague and unsubstantiated allegations. Families were shattered. Careers were annihilated. Lives were upended as a form of "civil death."

When an educator is dismissed by KHK, their passport is automatically cancelled. Their access to healthcare is severely restricted. They are left in a permanent limbo unable to work, unable to travel, unable to rebuild any semblance of a normal life. For Fatma, like so many others, this was not punishment for a crime it was punishment without crime.

Her attempt to flee to Greece was not an admission of guilt. According to reports, she actually wanted to leave her country to present evidence in her own defense seeking a platform where due process might actually mean something and where her voice might finally be heard. Imagine wanting so desperately to prove your innocence that you risk everything to cross a border, only to be stopped, arrested, photographed, humiliated, and sent to Edirne L-Type Prison all without a trial and without any conviction.

Yet she has already been condemned in the court of public opinion, her face splashed across the media as if she were a mastermind of terror. This raises a profound and uncomfortable question: What kind of society treats its teachers its educators, its citizens this way?

Fatma Aşık is not a terrorist. She is a teacher. She is a woman who spent a decade of her life in hiding, separated from everything she knew. She is a human being who deserves to be presumed innocent until proven guilty. And she is a reminder that when due process is abandoned, it is always the vulnerable who suffer first.

Cem Küçük tahliye olduğumuz akşam TV’de canlı yayında “Ahmet Memiş FETÖ’cü değil ama 2-3 yıl yatıp akıllansın” demişti. O gece 21 gazeteci tahliye olduğumuz halde cezaevinden çıkamadan tekrar gözaltına alınıp tutuklandık ve 4 yıl yattık. Ne çok ah aldınız ama haberiniz yok.
