@British_Airways had email confirmation that a FULL REFUND is being processed due to April flight and hotel holiday to NYC not possible..fantastic..although since had 2 emails...one asking to call customer serv and the second saying flight still operating. ??

Holiday (flights and hotel) booked to NYC in early April.....with announcement of US banning incoming flights am I right to assume refund on hotel and flight will happen? amendment option no use to us for trip. 😿
