Food Sensitivity Testing

Still far too many coaches/practitioners convincing athletes to get IgG testing done.

The antibodies measured in the IgG tests are produced as part of the immune system’s normal response to foods.

They do NOT correlate with symptoms or intolerances.

It’s just a reflection of what you’ve been eating.
