PEG STABILITY MODULE (PSM)

For eDAI and eUSDC holders, mainly.

PSM UPDATE: As we move closer to full PSM adoption and integration, a new path is opening up.
PMakers PSM will soon™️ be live and is expected to accept eDAI and eUSDC for direct ~1:1 swaps with PAI.

This creates a new, real opportunity for cross-chain arbitrage:

🔸️Use DAI/USDC on Ethereum and bridge it over (or use eDAI/eUSDC you already hold on PulseChain)

🔸️Deposit into PSM → mint PAI at ~1:1

🔸️Sell the PAI on PulseChain and use the proceeds to buy pDAI

🔸️Then use PMakers native pDAI flywheel: lock pDAI → mint PAI → sell PAI → buy more pDAI → lock again

Important note:
In this current calibration PSM is primarily a tool for bringing fresh Ethereum liquidity into PulseChain, not for cycling existing PulseChain assets out to eDAI/eUSDC and back in. Non eDAI/eUSDC holders only need continue the pDAI flywheel as normal (unless you spot a clear profitable spread between bridging out and back in after accounting for slippage and fees).

In effect, we can start pulling real liquidity from Ethereum pools into PulseChain, becoming liquidity “extractors” in the best sense✌🏻

It’s not magic and it’s not risk-free (bridge costs, slippage, timing, and volatility all matter), but it is a legitimate way to accelerate capital inflow while we keep running the native pDAI flywheel.

The more efficient we get at this, the deeper our liquidity becomes and the stronger the overall system grows.

Familiarise yourself with the pDAI flywheel this is the best shot we currently have, that i can see, short of the miraculous overnight peg possibility that always lingers over us.

This extra new PSM route is how we will turn Ethereum liquidity into PulseChain momentum.

Let go of your hatred toward a man youve never met and look for solutions to problems. No more money needs to be spent for the plan to work, its just a reallocation of existing pDAI, minting pai with just 10% of the currently held pdai supply would likely cause a wave of adoption coupled with bots thats about ~$1.5M p/w buy pressure created. Once we see this adoption we can propose 1:1 PAI PSM swaps to governance. Its a fairly simple concept, lock sell pressure, create buy pressure.

The Bootstrap phase we're currently in is tedious, yes 🙌🏻 i hear it. But once we get through the turbulence of collateralising vaults and boosting liquidity and debt ceilings, it becomes alot smoother, Autonomous even. DAO

I'm floating ideas for votes, not financial advice. Sitting and waiting is one option. Another is rotating your own bag, collateralize pDAI, mint PAI, and redeploy if it fits your risk.
