Did you know children should be physically active for 60 minutes a day?
This can be in short 10 minute bursts or a continuous 30 minutes - its up to you!
Ideally the activity should cause their heart rate to increase and cause them to be out of breath.

What a great morning at @testwoodschool for today’s KS2 Inclusive Boccia event. Participants played a number of fun based challenges followed by learning how to play the game itself! What a great spectacle for the sport!

We had a fantastic afternoon at @brockcollege for our KS2 Dance Workshop. A big thanks to Tiff from @tappytoesfareham for teaching the participants the key elements and how to choreograph a routine. Everyone had a blast! 😁
