@113a2011@koreeseokjinnie@agustdflimz Just because no one stood up for you doesn't mean you can't be that person for someone else. If a sexual comment is unwanted it's sexual harassment and should be addressed as such.
@113a2011@agustdflimz They said rape culture, not rape. An unwanted sexual "joke" that isn't challenged by observers is part of a culture that leads to and excuses sexual violence. You need to read up on it.
@113a2011@koreeseokjinnie@agustdflimz Silence is complicity when it involves the harassment of another individual. It's not hard to tell someone their words are crossing a line. You're a coward if you can't stand up for people
@LabelLover69 sounds like you got a crush on her which is fine but you don't wanna sabotage yourself by getting stuck in your own head. don't overthink it. if you get too anxious you're not gonna be a comforting person for her. you gotta be secure in yourself
@LabelLover69 hey man even a friendship is a type of relationship; friendships require work, too. You can simply say you notice it takes her awhile to reply & you're wondering if she's busy & if it's something you can help with if you don't wanna be too direct.
@LabelLover69 Relationships require work; the hardest work is learning to communicate your needs & be vulnerable, while actively listening to her needs & being a safe space for her. Maybe that's just her style, maybe she's busy, you won't know until you talk about it.
@LabelLover69 Change and compromise are part of being in a relationship. You're not asking her to change who she is, just to adjust her communication style. You might need to change/adjust, too. If it's bothering you enough you're upset about it, you gotta talk about it.
