@jessesingal Agreed, I think there's a lot of benefit to having superpowered Google or superpowered Spellcheck that can find deeper mistakes or run fact-checks, but the moment you use it to write or think for you your readers might as well be querying AI themselves.
@ShawnMills77 Spoilers are a mercy to save you from soft-locks and dead ends, people called 1-900 numbers to get spoilers, we should all be so lucky as to have been spoiled from our hours of anguish after missing or losing the right item.
Loved your book btw!
@JasonKPargin His anarchist best friend thinks all cops are pigs while he swears she's different, her no-nonsense cop dad who wrote his own daughter a ticket for jaywalking kind of likes him, their first night together brings out the handcuffs but she loses the ποΈ,taking them back to the station
@JasonKPargin EZ Rom-Com: They fall in love, her cop friends hate him, they break up, she finds him at a crime scene thinking he's gone back to his old ways, and demands to search his trunk.
Inside is a ring, with the receipt. You Have the Right to Remain Single, coming to a theater near you.
@QiaochuYuan Interesting that the text at the link itself flags as human-written for the stuff available before the paywall. Maybe AI is being used to pad the post after the initial bait?

@AnatoneRich I really like the foreshadowing of the lyrical version, similar to how Persona 5 frequently gives you hear a song first as instrumental music, and only later gives you the song again with the full context of the lyrics you already have associations with.
@AnatoneRich I'm glad you're enjoying it, I've enjoyed reading your recent write-ups! I'd be interested if you and your peers have any thoughts, I've spent a lot of time collecting sheet music and curating arrangements, and I still feel that the space is underserved.
@warper2509 Hello from the English-speaking world! That first screenshot from Chrono Trigger is actually one you never get to explore, it only shows up in the 1999 A.D cutscenes
@PhredLevi@AdriWindGB He also charges more for some units and for how fast he beats bosses, so I assume the fine print of his contract negotiated some hefty bonuses.
What's stranger is that you don't get paid for your companion's kills, so I assume Slippy Peppy and Falco send their own invoices.
@ChronoKatie@Noobtube2512 They seem hemmed in by needing to recreate all the iconic moments from the original (and they've dropped hints that it will still serve as a prequel to Advent Children). I'd like the remake trilogy to serve as an alternate/sequel version of the story, but unclear what we'll get
