Avoid @Ryanair. Their bag check queue took nearly 3 hours and we missed a flight because they understaffed the desks. Then got told “tough luck” by their support team.

@HMRCcustomers I have been fined for not completing a tax return despite the fact that I stopped being self employed well over a year ago and have registered as not being self employed multiple times. Can’t get through to anyone on the phone or web chat. Constantly on hold

@Hermesparcels might be time to stop using Hermes. My House of Frazier package went missing in transit well over a month ago. No response from. Hermes and I know that this has happened to many others.
