PC girls were Regional Runner-Up yesterday and will advance to the NCHSAA State Meet for the 6th straight year! Boys also had a strong day to finish 6th. Ari Seran and Prithvi Kotapati will advance to the State Meet as individual qualifiers.

Today's workout: 4.5 mile moderate run in 36:41. After the run: 4x200m simulating a 5k. Did first one in 0:46, like the start of the race. #2 and #3 were simulating middle of the race, then #4 was finishing.

Today's workout: Traveled to @UNCTrack_Field's facilities to do our run. Started with a 1.9 mile warm-up on their beautiful xc trails. Then did 3x1000m @ threshold pace (~7:00), followed by 5x300m @ 5k pace (20 min 5k). Finished with a 4x500m relay.

Today's workout: Started with 400m fast to simulate the start of a race. Then did a 8-7-6-5 min @ tempo (~7:10 pace), with 1 minute in between each rep. Finished with 5x40 sec @ mile pace. Good workout, not too bad.

Wednesday's workout: SWAC xc conference meet! Team conference champs! Finished 22nd in 21:00.04. Not my best race, but finished strong and passed a few people late to snag some extra points.

Tuesday's workout: 4.5-mile premeet run to get ready for our xc conference meet, 36:36, went pretty fast. Did some strides to finish quick.

Today's run: 1:10:00 long run with @gwilhelm, he couldn't keep up with me for the whole thing. Started with an easy 10 min, then did a 5-5-5 cycle 4x within the run. 5 min easy (8:15 pace), 5 min moderate (7:45 pace), 5 min tempo (7:15 pace). Hard, tired.
