@briancbarbour Especially for something subjective where indisputable evidence is required. Dispute is in the eye of the person watching. But for objective calls (like if a foot was on a line during a shot attempt), then it should be used to get that correct.
@KeepingItHeel Or if he stayed at UNC. He had a stretch when Seth was injured where he scored 20+ in 7 out of 8 games. He had a skill set that was missing on this year’s team.
@jordannhowelll He’s not saying the Michigan coaches made him a much better shooter, but that they made him more confident to keep shooting after misses. I think not playing him (and Trimble) in the 2024 Sweet 16 because of shooting failures ultimately did more damage than we know.
@PatrickWelter This dismisses that post Caleb injuries Hubert had guys ready to play and step up in new roles in certain games (High, Luka, Powell, Dixon). Their inconsistency is why they are good roles players and not stars. Im curious if the Duke guys can maintain it over the next few weeks.
@briancbarbour The missed layup was bad, but he’s still the starting PG on a 2-loss team and is the reason they have won a few of the their games. I’d take his skill set on this roster over what he was replaced with.
@chrismithunc@TarPitPod The play was there. Excellent throw. The WR went over those tall defenders for the ball and it hit him in the hands. Cant ask for much else. He needs to make the catch. It is an aggressive play call that wins the game if the players execute it. Much like going for 2.
@JacobTurnerNC My question is what happened after September 14? Was the mandate put in place then? There are a few videos of Drake and Hollins on UNC football socials from this season. Any reporting on the timing, bc it’s weird to only take place over the last month.
@Mr4thAndLong@clarencehilljr Maybe the FO traded a defensive game changer Eberflus and the defensive coaching staff thought they would have while game planning all offseason. Agreed he needs to figure it out quickly, but he also needs to figure out what they have w/o Micah.
@DannyPhantom24 How do you count for the loss of Micah attention from the offense? When he is in the field all 11 offensive players have to know where he is and scheme around him. That certainly opens up opportunities for other guys.
@derekeagleton@TheDraftShow The please start @TheDraftShow on Monday if you think that’s what all your listeners should be interested in and excited about after today.
