@cukipapa@exfatloss I dunno. I have like six years history now of OMAD and IF with some prolonged ones and I'm still able to switch it up pretty well. The saturated fat leptin trigger in particular absolutely works
@exfatloss So, I was gonna do hard Kempner (just white rice, no black coffee even) for Lent but only made it 22 days until my body told me to fuck off. Had a really disappointing OGC, too. Regular labs were fine; 3.6 insulin after 3 weeks of 3k coralies of rice tho lol

Meanwhile I'm back on my maintenance version of ex150, in which I eat Pยณ (Prosciutto, Pecorino, and Pilchards) plus heavy cream, and everything is Fine
@exfatloss So, I had been fasting for 56 hours at that draw because I was just so sick I couldn't eat anything and the smell of the rice was making me nauseous. Keto-mojo said 73/2.6, so I suppose I had returned to ketogenic.
@exfatloss This was immediately following the 22 days of only white rice; ad lib, turned out of be ~750g dry weight on mean. Lost 20 pounds, felt ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE at the end
@caloriesproper2 Sure; intentional extreme elimination of n-6 for six years. Usual modality is high ratio, constrained protein ketogenic w/dairy SF as principal macronutrient. Do n=1 stuff/get blood labs as a silly hobby; as a result, have done extreme experiments (such as Kempner)
@caloriesproper2 This was a golden mean fallacy "eat the rainbow" conventional wisdom uber alles, "restriction of any type is the pay dangerous thing", muh orthorexia RD type.
