Pleased to say my annual scan has shown my two small areas of recurrence are stable and not growing so my next scan will be in two years. Scanxiety always looms large before a scan so it’s good to be able to breath again! #mesothelioma
Recently, we were celebrating International Women’s Day and raising awareness of mesothelioma at our Ladies Lunch. It was a great opportunity for women affected by peritoneal mesothelioma to come together. All were inspired to share their personal stories and support each other.

Last year, our nurses attended 269 support groups – a safe space where mesothelioma patients and their families can ask clinical questions, share experiences, stories (and a laugh) with a group of people who know exactly how each other feels.
