On today’s from page, the moment when Tufts PhD student Rümeysa Öztürk was released from the Louisiana detention facility where she had been held for six weeks, after she was arrested by masked immigration agents on a Somerville street in March. We reported from Basile, La., where supporters waited for hours in the rain for Öztürk to be let go.
