Thousands of top students from universities like @SharifUni got admission to leading U.S. programs. A dream for any students!
But due to the new #TravelBan, many can’t pursue the futures they worked so hard for… the dream of doing research in the greatest country in the world.
As someone whose PhD at Johns Hopkins led to building one of the world’s largest health tech companies (@HumaForHealth) know what’s possible when the U.S. opens its doors to talent.
Many of these students will build billion-dollar companies or win @NobelPrize
I’d be grateful if President Trump @realDonaldTrump would reconsider the ban. Education builds America… and lifts the world. We can make America Great Again together. 🇺🇸

16 year old #ArmitaGarawand has been battling for her life in a coma since October 3rd, due to a physical assault by the forced-hijab officers in the Tehran Metro. She is being held at "Fajr" Air Force Hospital under strict surveillance.
She was physically attacked authorities in the Shohada station at Tehran Metro for an alleged non-compliance with the compulsory hijab.
She sustained severe injuries and was transported to the hospital.
Her family is under pressure from authorities.
With strict security, there are currently no visits allowed, not even for family. All these measures imply that the regime fears another #MahsaAmini uprising, whose picture in the hospital is what sparked the now year-long mass protests taking place across Iran.
Much like with Mahsa, the regime denies the mistreatment and assault.
Well then let us into the hospital, hmm?

The most heartbreaking thing about watching all this horrific trauma be dumped on Iranians, is that their culture is so joyous. Their way of life is so endemically giving, generous, and full of love.
They were never meant for this. They were meant to be smiling.

Kian Pirfalak, ten years old innocent kid who was killed by the Iranian regime in the massacre of Izeh on November 16, started his video presentation with this phrase:
“In the name of God of the rainbow”

I would like to take this moment to congratulate the people of Iran, and Iranians in the diaspora, on their incredible, internationally coordinated revolution.
You have worked tirelessly. You are unstoppable. This was all you, alone against the world.
Zendebaad Iran 🙏🏼
Inspiring scenes from Shiraz of a girl without a hijab standing on a car with the crowd chanting “death to the dictator.” #MahsaAmini#Iran https://t.co/fNqdqLjoRj
