Knicks fan in NYC dumped trash from a public garbage can painted in team colors onto the sidewalk… then stole the can.
You can’t have nice things around these people.
30 second truth bomb from veteran FOX News host @kilmeade: “I wish [JD Vance] would be as tough on Iran” as he was on Israel yesterday.
“If you want [Israel] to go along with the plan, you should tell them what’s in the plan. They were not even in the talks. All of a sudden they are roped into it.”
“It’s up to Iran to tell Hezbollah, who does whatever you tell them, to knock it off, and then Israel will knock it off.”
Listen:
NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani calls AIPAC a "monster" that "moves dark money."
No mention of Russia or the Rapid Support Forces in Sudan. I guess they aren't as "bad" as AIPAC is to Mamdani.
Insane.
Last night while the city was still cleaning up the carnage from a basketball parade that saw multiple assaults, stabbings, destruction of property and disorder, my district celebrated America’s 250th Birthday with fireworks, food, and civic pride.
Almost 10,000 people gathered at Ft. Totten park in Bayside from the afternoon to the evening to picnic, listen to music, and enjoy a spectacular fireworks show over Little Neck Bay — an annual tradition I was proud to restart when I took office four years ago, but took on special significance this year for America 250.
Ten thousand New Yorkers of all ages and backgrounds, and not one arrest, no shootings, no stabbings, no vandalism, no disorder. As it should be, and how it used to be all over the city.
Disorder is a choice, and it’s cultural. When you cultivate a culture of disregard for the law, you get chaos. And when you demand better of people and don’t tolerate disorder, you get functional civic life. It’s really that simple.
The mayor chooses the former. Here in District 19, we choose the latter. And the results speak for themselves.
God bless America!
Here is your weekly reminder that Invenergy has admitted its Alle-Catt Wind complex in Western New York will kill an estimated 41 eagles in its lifespan.
In order to offset the eagle "carnage," New York is allowing the corporation to pay $2 million to @Cornell for mitigation.
Cornell is the same university that helped restructure our state's Mineral Soil Groups (MSGs) that downgrade what's considered prime USDA farmland.
Better yet, our state's @NYSDEC has a dead eagle carcass shipping protocol so you can send in those mangled bodies and receive your mitigation payout!
If 41 eagles will admittedly die at one wind complex (it's undoubtedly more than that), and ORES has permitted 8 wind complexes for NY to date, that's around 328 eagles that will die in the name of "renewable energy."
At this pace, eagles will go entirely extinct in New York State if something isn't done to defend our wildlife.
These are sick, sick people.
@ArchLuminous@AmitSegal he's been Tuckered and Owensed.
often when someone were a Democrat when they were younger they get even more conservative than those who started out as a conservative.
