(I've weighed down pot trays over the tops of them, to discourage the fox from rootling around! When I plant the garlic I'll add sticks....)

We won't be working on the upper new terrace any time soon, so I've put out some compost in pots ready for garlic:

I'm not a sociable person, but I do like plants. This is why I go in shops that sell plants, but try to keep to myself

The only help I ever need from such florists as chase me out of the shop offering help is for them to have put species names on plant labels
