๐What did we learn from Age 32 survey about pay differences? ๐ผ
Information youโve shared with us shows that women in their 30s earn less than their male counterparts in similar jobs, despite having the same education and work experience.

The most common reasons your generation gave for this were not feeling ready, followed by financial considerations or not having a suitable partner. Just over 1 in 10 of you said you were certain you never wanted to have children.
