The updated Testosterone Kabbalah is now available.
The complete article is free. There is no paywall.
The original Testosterone Kabbalah reached almost 10 million views. Since publishing it, I have continued studying the subject, corrected what needed correcting and developed the practical side that was missing.
This is the complete version.
Prepare for a long read. As usual, I went into the details behind the details and connected the physiology, diagnosis and natural restoration of testosterone in one place.

The guide covers:
• What testosterone boosters actually change, including deficiency correction, hormonal signaling, binding proteins, libido, erections and temporary laboratory output. It also examines extract identity, adulteration, human evidence, animal evidence and safety.
• A complete diagnostic questionnaire designed to identify the limiting layer, reconstruct what changed and distinguish symptoms that look similar but require different responses.
• The Testosterone Kabbalah systems map, connecting circadian rhythm, sleep, nutrition, thyroid function, mitochondrial energy, cholesterol transport, reproductive signaling, liver, gut, local steroid conversion and androgen-receptor action.
• Sleep cycles, slow-wave sleep, REM, circadian timing, retinal light, dopamine, evening blue light, shift work, airway resistance, sleep apnea, nasal obstruction, allergies, nasal rinses, nasal strips and mouth taping.
• Nutrition, body composition and supplements organized by their target layer, including the Ray Peat food pyramid, carbohydrates, protein, gelatin, fat, cholesterol, PUFA, salt, vitamins, minerals and metabolic cofactors.
• Why cholesterol can be synthesized from any macronutrient, why forcing a high-fat diet is unnecessary and how energy availability affects thyroid function, reproductive signaling and steroid production.
• Steroidogenesis from cholesterol supply and StAR transport through mitochondrial CYP11A1, pregnenolone, the Δ5 and Δ4 pathways, testosterone and intratesticular testosterone.
• LH, Leydig-cell sensitivity, FSH, Sertoli cells, INSL3, testicular function, sperm production and the difference between serum testosterone and fertility.
• Thyroid state, mitochondrial respiration, training, recovery, caloric restriction, accumulated stress and body fat as determinants of testosterone production and response.
• Liver clearance, gut serotonin, endotoxin, prolactin, dopamine, stress, pornography, compulsive masturbation and the distinction between repeated artificial novelty and partnered sex.
• DHT, 5α-reductase, estradiol, aromatase, SHBG, free testosterone, androgen receptors, tissue-specific metabolism and the difference between producing testosterone and responding to it.
• Laboratory interpretation using matched testing conditions, total and free testosterone, LH, FSH, prolactin, estradiol, SHBG, thyroid markers, the LH:testosterone relationship, INSL3, semen analysis and exposure history.
• Natural restoration organized into five gates, followed by daily practice, weekly structure, monitoring, retesting, pattern-based troubleshooting and clear boundaries for medical assessment.
As usual, feel free to leave your feedback, corrections, disagreements, missing studies and practical observations. I am ready to improve or expand any section when the evidence or reasoning supports it.

People deal with pain as if it were a problem.
It's not. Pain is good. Pain tells you something. Yet, pain is trying to make itself disappear - that's why it's pain.
Here.
Get your strongest want. Clean the way. A straight line from you to it. Feel that elevation.
Now I put an obstacle on the way.
Feel that pain.
Now I remove the obstacle.
Feel the pain dissipate.
Pain and want are the same signal. Pain is telling you there's an obstacle.
The fix is not to remove nor avoid the pain at the emotional level.
Change reality instead.
Remove the obstacle.
And want fully.
The cyclical nature of stuff.
Anyone stuck in "I want people to love me for who I am" is focused on getting love from others, so, is, necessarily, molding themselves to be loved, and hence the tension.
"I don't wanna be doing this, I just wanna be loved" - but directed as a battle cry to others.
Now.
In order to be "loved as you are" you first have to be. Real, no mask, no pretense, no performance. Which is not possible when you're trying to get love and catering to others.
So, you have to let your need of love, which was your motivation, go.
Now you're real.
In response - everyone does love you. Because it's you.
Or to be more precise.
The real-self energy, flowing through your shape, is, love. When people interact with you - you are, love. And they want to be that, too, and they love, you.
And it also has no meaning. And no value. And that's good.
--
The two worlds are separated by a single choice that seems impossible.
It looks as if you're tasked to let go of what you want to get it.
Surface trap.
"I want people to love me"
Change it.
Do you want to be - you.
Say yes.
I read the lemon post.
So I should debug my object of desire. I might be doing the "lemon into pear" –– wanting a woman to reflect back a specific outcome that I'm thinking would be the winning condition (Validation, proof I'm worthy, safety, etc). And when it goes south I interpret it as her or my fault because my orientation was BS to begin with
So I need to orient my self towards something more true.. a better winning condition. In other words look through all the BS and orient towards an actual winning condition.
Which means I have to get clear on what is it my truest want.
Then once that's correct then you can listed to her feedback carefully as you say in this other tweet you
I think I get it now. If there's anything inaccurate lmk.

@Justinedga All mirrors are broken. "Fault" is the improper angle. Fault towards "what". Or, what is the winning condition. Is the winning condition an actual win. Are you misallocating yourself / her.
The what is what is probably broken, more than the how.
Check the lemon post.
"Is idealization the problem?"
No.
Idealizing against reality = hell on earth.
Idealizing with reality = heaven on earth.
You can meet a lemon and idealize it.
Cure the lemon plant. Fertile soil, lemon compatible.
Make lemonade.
Make a garden.
Create the most legendary lemon pie recipe.
Put it on fish.
Idealize it, optimize for the best possible ever, ever lemon anything.
Idealization pulls from potential - pulls reality closer, higher. Allows for play, creativity, mastery, discovery.
Idealize the lemon as a apple - you're in hell. Nothing you do ever works, your dream collapses as soon as you attempt it, you train yourself to not want it that much because every iteration hurts you.
And worse, you really lose - when you win.
That apple pie you spent your whole existence on - will taste like shit.
You avoid sadness because it feels like weakness.
Because it makes you affirm defeat.
Which feels like - forever.
However.
Running from sadness also makes you live in a place where you also lost it, but you "don't care" which also degrades.
So. Recover sadness.
Sadness is correct - but also ridiculous.
Correct - reminds you of what you wanted. What you do want.
Ridiculous - you have not actually lost anything. Just lost, a memory. One attempt.
Life is still ahead.
Not as hope but possibility.
To win.
