Hello @LoveWilko the delivery service you use (XDP) is awful. Their driver has today been to my address, taken a picture of my front door with the parcel, but not left the parcel. I have been home the whole time waiting. No knock at the door. I would like a refund!!!

Hello @RoyalMailHelp please explain this to me? How can you have attempted delivery on Monday, if on Tuesday you then state the parcel is 'incorrectly addressed'? I was home all day on Monday, nobody came here to attempt delivery. Why lie? I would like my parcel please!!!!

Hi @JustEatUK i think it is pretty unacceptable that i placed an order for some Asda groceries at 11:36am, for your app to say 'driver at location waiting' for 4 hours!!!! It now says that my order was delivered at 3:10pm - it certainly was not - i need a refund!!!
