This is why I hate budget airlines. I paid extra to sit up front and board early on @FlyFrontier but apparently the entire plane is “Zone 1” and I gotta check my carry on. wtf was the point of paying extra?

@FlyFrontier will NEVER have to worry about me flying with them again. How do I pay for seat 11A and my seat gets changed while I'm line boarding to 41B. Literally the last seat at the back of the flight. And no customer service whatsoever. TRASH!!!!! 2nd&LAST
