🎙️: there's something i've been wanting to ask you both. as GL actresses, you've become really popular. there are people who love and support you, people who might still be trying to understand, and all kinds of comments and energy coming your way, both positive and not so positive. have you ever experienced that?
🦋🧸: oh wow, a lot.
🎙️: so i'm curious, have you encountered those kinds of comments or negativity? and how do you deal with them?
🧸: i feel like being in the position we're in, it's completely normal that some people will love you and some people will hate you. that's just the bare minimum, something we already knew stepping into this industry. personally, i'm someone who doesn't pay attention to negative comments. if it's feedback that helps me improve and grow, i'll take it. but if it's something like..
🎙️: something that doesn't make sense?
🧸: if people are just throwing random things out there, i feel like, just let them be. maybe they have the time to do that kind of thing, but i don't have the time to sit around worrying about things that..

🎙️: you know, miu, a lot of the time, people who leave negative comments or spread negative power are actually looking for attention, right?
🧸: exactly, that's what they're looking for.
🎙️: they're basically attention seekers. so by choosing to ignore them, you're doing the right thing. well done!
🧸: i simply don't have enough time to obsess over those things.
🎙️: well done!!
🧸: i'd rather focus on the good things.
🦋: for me, if it's something i've actually done, like something i've said or an action i've taken that people are giving me feedback on, then i'm open to accepting that. but when it's just something people throw out there, rumors or things that have absolutely no evidence behind them, and they take something about another human being and keep repeating it, turning it into some kind of story for other people to believe… i feel like that's not really fair.
but at the same time, even if it's unfair, is there anything i can do about it? not really. so in the end, i just choose to look past it and focus on my own life instead.
🎙️: do either of you ever feel down or upset because of these things?
🦋: oh, definitely. if i'm being honest, i have. i feel like i didn't really experience much of this before in the industry, but ever since i started doing GL, everything has become so much more sensitive.
🎙️: it's a different kind of culture, isn't it? you have so many loyal fans and people who support you, but at the same time, there are also people constantly watching and picking apart certain things.
🦋: sometimes i feel like people might just misunderstand things. but at the end of the day, it's impossible for me to sit there and correct every single thing people say. so i'd rather focus on myself, focus on her, and focus on the real world and the genuine feelings we actually share, rather than getting caught up in things people say that might not even be true in the first place.
🧸: i really like that you asked us this question. because talking about these things is also a reminder to ourselves, like, hey, this is what we believe in.

🦋: i could wear glasses. and she could play a spoiled heiress with a fiery temper. in the first and second series, she played softer, gentler characters who are green flags. i want to see her have a bit of a red-flag side. it would be a new kind of energy for her
🧸: if it’s not a comedy, then maybe this kind of genre. i know we haven’t explored this side of ourselves yet, especially the fiery-tempered side. in both series, i've played soft characters who are caring and nurturing. i want to try playing someone who can be a little hot-tempered, so that this person can put me in my place for once
