Did you know? Penguins have a specialized network of blood vessels in their legs that acts like a natural heat exchanger. Warm blood flowing toward their feet transfers heat to the cold blood returning from them, allowing their feet to stay extremely cold while conserving heat in the rest of their body.

In Faaast Penguin, penguins are constantly racing across icy courses and standing on frozen surfaces without ever seeming to mind the cold. Maybe those built-in heat exchangers are keeping their feet nice and toasty... or at least cold enough to keep racing and climbing!

How cold do you think a penguin's feet have to get before they finally decide it's too cold to race?

P.S. Maybe that's why they never seem to stop climbing. Cold feet? Just keep moving!
