I’ve seen some fairly ludicrous calls of Glasner out which is the exact opposite of what we need.
I know our fanbase is reactionary but just have a listen to yourselves. We have gone through 4 managers last season, Vitor ended the season well but he’s not someone to hang your hat on. If we are gonna stand by a manager to build something then I’d back Oliver Glasner to the hills.
Hes won trophies, he’s as good as we can possibly get and we have to get out this habitual cycle of self sabotage. We need continuity, we need stability and we need to give a top manager type and space to deliver.
I also think it’s about time that you hear this. We finished 16th last season and we need to stop these expectations of grandeurs above our station. There’s nothing wrong with being ambitious but we are clearly not quite as good as our fan base believe we are.
The goal is to gradually build but we can’t do so when a section of our piss, weak fan base are calling for a managers head every quarter.
Look at Farke at Leeds, look at what Brighton build, look at the low turnaround at Brentford. Stop being reactionary and support the manager, it won’t get better until you do! #NFFC
How many Managers do we have to blame? How many managers have to lose their jobs... Before people start to realise it might be the quality of players, the recruitment that's the issue! Can't pass, can't trap a ball, can't take a set piece, absolutley dire! 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🔴⚪
ahh right so turns out it’s another week getting royally fucked over by the officials and the fucking inept steaming pile of shit that is the PGMOL. been a running theme AGAIN this season and have already had multiple points denied because of it. just football though eh?
