@TrackCoachJones Also, if a community coach can spend the day in the building somehow I would be ok with that. It’s just hard when you’re coaching for a supplement only and/or volunteering . Community coaches are some of the most valuable , regardless though.

@TrackCoachJones Here is my opinion, as someone who coached as both for 15 years . Having a head coach in the building is important becasuse it’s the point of contact for teachers , admin , recruiters ect . There are also all the other tasks that go with being a HBC that take a lot of time .

@RyanJehu @warsurv Clearly something when it has over 100,000 US expats . I’d say that has something to do with way lower cost of living and better healthcare. Could be crime as well where Spain has one of the lowest murder rates in the word and the US is roughly 6 times worse per 100,000
