Kirk was not assasinated by the Government for his speech.

Jimmy Kimmel was suspended by ABC, he wasn’t arrested or his show wasn’t shut down by the government.

The 1st amendment protects our rights from government.

As it stands right now, some states have too many Electoral votes/Reps based on their legal U.S. percentage and some states do not have enough.

Also, it unfairly gives citizens of certain states more powerful votes than citizens of other states in federal elections.

As it stands right now, we are technically giving non-citizens the right to vote and House representation by counting them on the census.
