Currently, Google dominates with 64% thanks to Gemini 3.5 Flash in the Math tab of @arena. But traders are missing a CRUCIAL detail Claude Opus 4.8 was just released on May 28.

Why is this a game-changer?
1️⃣ It completely outperforms Claude 4.7 in math (96.7% on the USAMO vs. 69.3%).
2️⃣ It does NOT yet appear in the public rankings because it continues to collect anonymous votes behind the scenes (LMSYS blind testing phase).
3️⃣ As soon as the rankings are next updated, its raw reasoning power (“Effort Control”) is highly likely to propel Anthropic to the top.

I think buying Anthropic at 27¢ before this absolutely monstrous model officially appears in the rankings in a few days is the right strategy.
