I do think NFTs are in a bubble but a localized bubble, meaning some projects are totally overvalued and others are severely undervalued

Bubbles are totally normal with new technological paradigms
- 2001 Dotcom = Internet
- 2017 Crypto = Web3
- 2021 NFTs = Internet-of-Goods
