@OTC_CHPX A random validator panel doesn't care that we won. It cares whether the schedule actually matched a record. That's the distinction our own process didn't make.

For subscription example, I'd place checkpoint after leader proposes and validators check. Because bytes differ but condition same. Agreement not abandoned, established at different point like you said. EVM secures consensus by requiring identical inputs before execution. GenVM permits external variation, then secures consensus by requiring agreement on result before it can affect state. Second fits page that changes honestly.

I agree with the investor’s diagnosis, but the answer is not six fictional products building six private courts. If every pitch breaks when two agents disagree, adjudication is shared infrastructure.
An app-owned judge makes the other agent trust the app. A marketplace-owned appeal makes the worker trust the marketplace. The owner of the product still owns the verdict.
@GenLayer takes a different route: validators are selected at random across different AI models, and a bonded challenge can bring a larger panel. That is the neutral layer an agentic economy needs when neither side should grade its own deal.

@deputysheriff01 If adjudication is shared infrastructure, then Metric Appeal, Retry Intent, Case Budget all become shared standards too - how to store purpose beside metric, how to tag RETRY vs NEW WORK, how to deduplicate logs.
@0xbassny Watched that Episode 1 clip too and that investor line bothered me for the same reason. Making a deal is easy when both sides want to say yes. Keeping it is where you need something outside both agents to say what counts.
