Hello Sir, kindly hide my ID. This is Nakuru County Referral Hospital. The patients’ files are being stored on the ground. I took my relative to the clinic today, and her file was soaking wet because rainwater had gotten into the area where the files are kept. Some of our lab reports that we had previously done were damaged, and we had to repeat the tests.
Honestly, a big hospital like PGH should have a proper and secure place to store patients’ files. How can patients’ records be left in such conditions? Can’t they find a decent and safe place to keep our files? Surely, our medical records deserve better.
